bovine.unl.edu - This is a project that will help in research and education involving the bovine carcass for an understanding of the muscular and skeletal anatomy of bovine. This project involves the use of radiology. CT scans of an actual beef carcass were used in making a complete 3 Dimensional beef carcass which can be studied via the web and compact disc. Flash animation are also used for individual muscles. Papers based on this project were accepted into the following International and National level technology conferences:
